We are located in Phuket, Thailand.
You have the product I have always wanted. Now, how do I pay for it?
We are happy you asked. We accept credit card payment via PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one for free.
One more thing. What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If you wish to use another currency, you can check online for the latest exchange rates.
Great. So, do your prices include postage? If not, how much will postage cost?
Today must be your lucky day! All our prices include postage, so what you see is what pay.
Ok, I have placed and paid for my order. Now, how long before it arrives?
We endeavour to process your order on the day we receive it, even if it's a Saturday or Sunday! This means your order will be posted on the same day, or worse case, on the next working day. Once your order is in the post, we will email you a Tracking Number.
Getting worried! My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
Please allow up to two weeks (14 days) for delivery. Unfortunately we have no control over the postal system. You can use the Tracking Number to follow the progress of your order. It may have been delayed in customs.
Oops, there is a problem! What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if you choose the wrong size, or if you have changed your mind. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
